Nowsome / 2026

Project terms in plain language.

These terms outline the default expectations for Nowsome web development inquiries and projects.

Scope of services

Nowsome provides web development services including web apps, landing pages, dashboards, custom tools, websites, integrations, support, and improvement work as agreed in writing.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, content, assets, account access, feedback, approvals, and third-party service details needed to complete the work.

Quotes, deposits, and payments

Project pricing is quoted by scope. Deposits, milestones, payment timing, and accepted payment methods should be confirmed before work begins.

Revisions and change requests

Included revisions should be defined in the project scope. New features, major direction changes, or extra pages may require a revised estimate or timeline.

Timelines and delivery

Timelines depend on scope, feedback speed, asset readiness, integrations, and external service availability. Delivery dates may move if requirements or dependencies change.

Intellectual property and handoff

Ownership, source access, deployment access, licensed assets, and handoff details should be defined in the project agreement. Final transfer may depend on completed payment terms.

Maintenance and post-launch support

Post-launch support, monitoring, updates, fixes, hosting, and maintenance are separate unless included in the agreed project scope.

Limitations

Nowsome aims to deliver reliable web work, but cannot guarantee specific search rankings, revenue outcomes, third-party platform behavior, or uninterrupted external services.
